Brandi Payne is a designer, illustrator, and cartoonist from the Appalachian Mountains who loves whimsical stories, goofy characters, and colorful worlds. They draw inspiration from old JRPGs and late nights spent making up stories with their sister and friends. Brandi has a BA in Graphic Design from Maryville College and an MS in Information Science from the University of Tennessee but has spent their entire life scribbling comics wherever they’ll fit.
Brandi has received four ADDY's during their design career, and their work has appeared in several zines. They're the author of two webcomics: Everjoy, Illinois and Raising Hell.
